  10.       (1) copy of the METRIC-X.EXE software on one (1) micro-computer -or-
  11.       on a computer network, provided that there is a Use-Counter/Lock-Out
  12.       which will prevent more than one (1) simultaneous program operation.

  21.       Out which will prevent more than the authorized number of users from

  42.       of a "site", as defined below.
